Default 24 cent Curtiss JN-4

Hi all,

Recently inherited this stamp from my grandfather, who inherited it from his. Thing is, the image of the plane is upside down! So I figure it is not worth as much as the correct issue, but it must be worth a few bucks at least. Am I right? Thanks.
