Mt. McKinley and Acadia Park Reissues
The Mt. McKinley and Acadia National Park stamps issued originally in 2001
were reissued in 2003. However, the reissued stamps bear the 2001 date and not 2003. Is there any difference between the two, they appear to be identical. Did Scott issue a separate number for the reissues? KAD
