Sennett Security 37c Flag Reprint

I have posted information and scans of this issue on the PNC3 web site at
www.pnc3.org .
Some of the information on the data page is still tentative pending official
confirmation from USPS.
I have posted scans of the 'stick' package of 5 coils. In addition, there
are scans of two vertical blocks showing the die cuts and the tabs that hold
the coils together. Also there are scans of the leader and trailer strips.
