Looks like the coins may very well be polished. Unfortunately, the pictures
are so poor, it is difficult to tell. It seems like he may have a few other
coins that are polished. This dollar (8363123674) certainly seems to be so.
The buyer says a dealer told him it was a MS-65. NOT! The only buffalo
that appears to have a full horn is the 1938-D. The 30-S seems to be a very
weak strike, typical for the date. The seller claims they are all ChBU
and labels them MS-60. That should be enough to set off warning bells. I
think I would have passed on these.

If you go through the first several pages of his feedback you will
find that 3 or 4 buyers have claimed the coins were silver plated. I
believe all of these claims involved nickels.

Despite the seller's many problems, he also makes buyers file their own post
office claims for missing / damaged items. Definitely a seller to avoid...
