Miss ANZAC USA. I blushed when I read from Gazza's article. By now, hundreds of young Australians and New Zealanders were training as pilots and navigators in Canada under the Empire Air Training Scheme. When given final leave, they headed straight for New York and Nola's apartment. When the trickle of young men turned into hundreds each week, she decided to set up a club. d%*O Blair |
