What are the best types of oil and grease to use?

Molylube seems to be good for the grease, and any 20W non-detergent oil
- with sewing machine oil for the very light weight stuff.

We use Zoom-Spout brand and are pretty happy with it. Love the long tube
that pulls out to get into those difficult corners/hinges/oil holes!

A really big NO to WD-40!
