All caps replaced and resistors checked. I checked the amp in a working
jukebox and it had low volume whereas the amp in the juke worked properly.
This rules out cartridge and mute contacts. Volume control was also
replaced. The really weird thing is that the voltages check out OK based
on
the Seeburg schematic."wdlanning" wrote in message

The amp has long volume and I am thinking it is the output transformer.

Have you tried shutting off the jukebox internal speaker and
connecting an external speaker?

Tried swapping speakers from a known working juke?

Check the negative feedback resistor...

If you lose one side of a 5U4 the volume will drop dramaticly. Tube
will still look good. Changing the cartride like one of the other
posters suggested is also a good idea. Again, just trying to help.

Check the bass & trebel control switches, AGC control switch & speaker
control switch ...dirty contacts and may need adjustment. Verify
continuity
with an ohm meter......GC
