Ebay had added REPRODUCTION subcategories for all denominations
Ebay has recently added REPRODUCTION subcategories for all
denominations, so they SHOULD be receptive to reports for miscategorized items by the Chinese counterfeiters. That is - there is not a separate category for REPRODUCTION Trade Dollars, etc. At least keeping that garbage out of the main categories should reduce some of the clutter. Unfortunately, there are plenty of reproductions slipped in to the "real" categories, and you have to read the (weasel- worded) description to find them. Just about every category I check is infested with these things. U.S. Colonials are the worst, but some ancient coin categories and world gold have plenty too. I think those miniature bullion POS's need to have a category of their own. |
