Default Park Forest, IL FOL

Is there anyone who has been to this sale, and can tell what it's
like? I'm trying to decide whether to go this weekend. I don't expect
the earth to move, but I'd like to be warned in advance if it's a
total waste.

My email address is llm040903 at earthlink dot net.

No one responded, but I gave it a try.

They have more books than I expected. The shelving arrangements are
irregular, making it difficult to estimate quantities, but I would
reckon over 10,000.

Lots of trade books at very good prices, if you're into that type of
thing. I'm interested mainly in technical books, and found very
little.

I did pick up some odds and ends that will make the trip worthwhile,
if I can figure out where to sell them. The two-volume set of the
journals of Governor Winthrop is probably worth about $50, but since
it predates ISBN's by about 70 years I can't list it on Amazon or
Half, and eBay has been useless for that type of thing since they
rolled the categories up.
