question Seeburg USC1

I recently purchased a Seeburg Usc1 and having difficulty getting it to play
right. When you make a selection it scans but dont pick up. The pricing
board is out so it is on free play. Also the reset light most generally
stays on without being able to reset. What could the problem be. Thanks
for any assistance. Terry
