Please turn off the caps key on your computer - it is perceived as
YELLING on newsgroups...I know it is harder to read on your TV, but
trust me, you will get a better response from folks.

You can check with Rock-Ola jukebox company (www.rock-ola.com) if they
have that part, or Victory Glass might have it (www.victoryglass.com)

Also if you check with some of the electronics suppliers there is a
product out now that repairs the contact faces on the membrane
buttons.

Hi John,
A little while ago I ordered some of the stuff to fix the membrane
buttons. I wanted it for an NSM remote that had battery corosion, and
my one TV remote has a bad "up channel". In the ad it says that it's
good for something like 30 repairs. Well, when you get it, it tells you
to mix the entire solution at once! Don't try to use a little at a
time. Then it has a shelf life of only a couple days! So to do 30
repairs, you need to have 30 bad membranes to fix within a couple days!

I didn't try it yet, but I'm sure I'll *try* to mix part of the solution
and save the rest for later.

Hi,
From your text I understand you have a "MIRAGE 3000X".
I got the Rockola unit as well but have a problem: the copy of the manual S-4 "CONTROL SYSTEM OPERATION" is difficult to read.
Could you send me in PDF a 'decent' copy of it?
Regards.
Michel (Belgium)
