The Geo.V halfpenny stamp is Perfin Society (Gault) cat. no.P 1085.01.
It was in use from 1921 to 1945. The identity is unknown but postmarks
are Richmond, Surrey. There is a similar perfin but with a rounded top
to the ampersand instead of a straight line, owned by Pitt, Bowley &
Co. of London and in use from 1880 to 1939 but there is not believed
to be any connection with your pattern.

I could not see the Wilding perfin in Tomkins (which does not include
illustrations). Gault has not got round to the letter F yet (he does
not do his cat in alphabetical order).

I doubt it very much. It is a massive work and not inexpensive.
