Books signed by author

I am taking offers for signed books. I have 10 boxes I am going
through and the first has yeilded these two signed books. Mont Pelee
and the Tragedy of Martinique by Angelo Heilprin signed Jan. 16th 1905
by auther. I have found this book for sale unsigned in circles for
$95-$175 for why I have no clue. This book is in most fantastic
condition. I am not greedy but do not want to give these away. Also
in this box is Studies in Murder by Edmund Lester Pearson copyright
1924 signed and dated by author in 1925. Pictures available on
request. I have found this book for sale without jacket (this one is
intact and book is beautiful) for $65. serious offers considered
