Early American Pressed Glass Book in DJ, by Ruth Lee, c. 1960

This book titled (Early American Pressed Glass, A Classification of Patterns
Collectible in Sets Together with Individual Pieces for Table Decorations)
by Ruth Webb Lee is in its original dust jacket and in excellent condition.
The book is published by Lee Publications, Wellesley Hills, Mass., 35th
Edition, Copyright 1960. The book is 666 pages and is a comprehensive
reference on early American Press Glassware. The book presents a detailed
description of various types of glassware including milk pitcher, cordial,
proof, three-mold, claret, ale glass, cup plate, compote, toddy glass, toddy
plate, and more. There are hundreds and hundreds of detailed photographs of
the glassware with Chapters on Colonial glass, Pittsburgh patterns, ribbed
glass, bulls eye and contemporary patterns, grape group, ribbon group,
dewdrop group, hobnail group, frosted and clear group, flower group, leaf
patterns, stippled ivy patterns, loop and dart group, fruit group, color
group, banded patterns, daisy and button group, milk-white glass, Victorian
glass, goblets, odd plates, and much more. The pages are heavy glossy pages.
This is a great reference book of American Glass. The book measures 9 inches
x 6 inches. It is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, creases, or
missing pages. There are no stains and no water damage or soiling. There is
no damage or soiling to the dust jacket. The book is ex-library.
