Default Series 1995 $1 largest known number of blocks for a Series yet?

Here is what the assessment is:
107 blocks printed in Washington, DC (101 regular and 6 star blocks)
115 blocks printed in Fort Worth (109 regular and 6 star blocks)
for a grand total of 222 blocks printed during the lifetime of Series
1995.

That said, the 222-block figure includes the rare IA (Washington)
block, which was uncut sheet only, and thus the key block.

Actually, the number is 227.
Although the WDC 9/I was not a "circulation issue" (issued in multiple-note
collector sheets only), you count it here as a block consideration, calling it
a "key". I personally disagree, as I believe that "special-issue" Notes are not
what would be a part of a normal Block Collection.

But, regardless; your 'list' does not take into consideration the 5 Web Note
issues. They, having been printed and released into circulation as part of
regular issue, must be a separate identifyable Block issue, and even moreso if
you qualify the WDC 9/I Note as an element of the Block Issues.

The 5 Web Note Issued Blocks a AC / AD / BH / DC / FD.
