If you have to ask this question then I strongly advise that you never buy
any banknotes off ebay, lamb to the slaughter. Billy

Extremely interesting, this should be reprinted regularly by the numismatic
magazines. Billy

The Ten Commandments were carved in stone. While there is some
discussion about the details, Christians, Muslims and Jews pretty
much agree on the substance. You see what good that has done.

I just came from a discussion on another board where someone bought a
fake on eBay -- I know, I know... But not only that, but the victim
failed to do any due diligence. He bought an expensive coin from a
historical era he knew nothing about, did no research, read no books
or articles, but bid aggressively and "won" the coin. Then, he posted
it to a discussion like this one where he got the bad news.

Have you ever driven down the road, seen an emergency vehicle coming
and then seen other people _NOT_ pull over? How much plainer can it
be: sirens, flashing lights, horn, big truck ... And yet, some people
seem not to understand, even after years and decades on the road...

Billy, every numismatic publication could make it Page One every issue
and still....

I fear that you are correct 100% as some ebay buyers seen unable to resist a
"bargain" "high grade" note, even if the note was sold on ebay a few weeks
previous in the original lower grade. Billy
