Why don't you people learn to be civil instead of name calling and
using profanity. Spam is when you send the same canned email to
thousands of people who you don't know. Individial email to an
existing customer is good customer service. You have NO IDEA of
what goes on in the REAL WORLD of business. You can not be talked
to. You are incapable of understanding. Ebay is NOT GOD.
and cannot be considered spam.

Any Unsolicited Commercial E-mail is SPAM - key being
UNSOLICITED!!!! It doesn't have to be thousands.

Any business sending unsolicited advertising is SPAMMING their
potential customers.

You are the one incapable of understanding. It's quite clear to
most everyone else.

It cannot be considered spam if they are an existing customer.
If they have done business with you, any email you send is
not spam. Thats the law.

What covers this situation is ebay's rules. Bringing up irrelevant
issues does not change this fact.

Ebay doesn't prohibit unwant or offensive email. Just email that
cuts into their revenue.

No, they prohibit members from spamming each other,
******.

Simply not a ****** like you who seems to want to keep this thread going,
making sure that Frank is forever branded a kook coin collector with his
"homeboys" from Texas trying to back up his criminal spamming activities.

acknowledge their support of me.

Interestingly, Frank got lots of support in private from people who did

not
want to subject themselves to ridicule by publicly supporting him.

yeah, right

What an unreasonable person RipCull is, to assume that I am guilty because
there is no proof that no one did not complain....

We would really like to see his feedback profile.

Evading the question. How would someone sending email to someone whose
address they already had involve ebay in any way? How could ebay take any
action against the sender?

How is someone sending mail to an existing customer using ebay's site?

If its informing said receiver of email about auctiosn hosted by Frank

that
they did not ask for, its spam.

These things with Frank just get weirder and weirder. I am just
baffled some times whether the previously anonymous people rushing to
his defense are sockpuppets trying to help him, or sockpuppets trying
to hurt him.

Frank has many supporters due to his activity in coin clubs and
working at a coin store for many years.

SFW. He's still a ****** spammer.

Resorting to crude language just shows how crude you are. It also
violates your ISPs terms of service.

My business with you ENDS once I receive the product you auctioned.
Any more contact from you other than about feedback, is considered
spam to me; especially if I did not, nor did you not ask me prior
to end of transaction whether or not I would like to be notified of
your future auctions/transactions.

Remember, spam is defined by the person who has received it. YOU
are in no way authorized to define what I consider spam. If i
receive a message from you. And until there is a law in the book
that says spam is "xxx" and only "xxx", you are subjected to the
end receivers interpretation of that message. IF they did NOT
specifically ASK for your email and its commercial in nature, its
spam, plain and simple

Yes, but if you now have an ongoing business relationship with that
person and they have a right to contact you by email. It cannot be
considered spam.

You must have explicitin permission from the owner of that email
address that they will want you to send them more information about
products you may have up for sale/auction. If you dont, its spam.

Not true.

Somone needs to read up on what spam is.
