Yeah but it still has to be spam according to the ISP's terms of use. When
Flash.net used to be
based here in Fort Worth, the IEEE computer user society meetings had lot of
stories about
Flash.net customers who drove the customer service people nuts trying to get
other people's
accounts cancelled. Even writing first to someone, them claiming the reply
is either spam, hateful,
inappropriate, intolerant, abusive, defamatory, etc. Or there was a
copyrighted image on someones
home page, or that person is online all the time and must have an automatic
redialer after he gets
logged off for inactivity.
