Fascinating read. Looks like they pay full face value for everything except for Zincolns (they pay at about an 80% discount for those, assuming that they aren't half rotted away). Also, in a deeper paragraph, it says that the USMint will only accept uncurrent/mutilated SBAs and Sacs if they are seperated from each other.
