Default Seated Liberty/Capped Halfs

If I wanted to put together a U.S. type set, how many varieties including
(motto/no motto/rays/no rays/arrows/noarrows/drapery/no drapery) but not
including (letter size) would you need to have all Seated halfs? And Capped,
would you just need 2, Motto, large size and No Motto, reduced size?

Thanks, David

That is an individual thing, isn't it?
You could have one bust and one seated or I guess, hundreds. How
specific of a type set do you want? I'm using an old Wayte Raymond album,
and I can't get to it right now, but I think I have 7 slots for the
bust/seated halfs.

My Capitol Plastics 490- B board has holes for the following date ranges

1794-1795
1796-1797
1801-1807
1807-1836*
1836-1837
1838-1839
1839-1866
1853-1855*
1866-1891*
1873-1874*
1892-1815*
1916-1947*
1948-1963*
1964- *

Looking at the red book you could make a bunch of types if you wanted to. I kind of wish
that the board ahd a few less. With arrows and with out do not to me make a different type.

* ones I currently have filled any donations gratefully appreciated to fill the balance.

David,

Here's my Wayte Raymond type set slots for the halfs:
busts:
1794-1795 (one of the few I am missing)
1796-1807
1807-1836
1836-1839
seated:
1839-1866
1866-1891

Good luck with yours,

Reduced size? Do you mean quarter dollars?

I think you replied to the wrong line...but there are reduced sized halfs,
the lettered edge 1836 is 32.5 mm and the 1836 reeeded edge is 30mm.
