Sheaffer Balance repair

Greetings:

A while back I puchased a Sheaffer Millenium Lifetime Balance on
e-bay, I love the Feathertouch nib on these guys.

Alas, the cap broke within the first few days of my getting the pen.

I would like to contact Sheaffer to find out how to do this, but don't
have either the e-mail or the snail mail address for Sheaffer.

Anyone out there know how I can contact them?
