"note.boy" wrote in message ... None were issued from Belfast. Issued in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Hull, Bristol, Plymouth. Billy I believe the last of the non London issues was circa 1938. Now if you want something from Belfast, might try issues from Bank of Ireland, Provincial Bank of Ireland, National Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank, Belfast Banking Co or Northern Bank, any one of which may have had issues from 1945. In the norm issues from Northern Irish banks are not quite as pricey as BoE notes. Dave --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
