Default A case of stamp over kill

Looking at my favorite dealers stock of stamps I see that his listing
of Guinea stamps from October 16, 2007 thru May 5, 2008 has fifty-six
stamp issues. Every one has the topic of Scouts. All the issues are
either $5+, $13+ or $21+. i suppose they put forth their efforts to
snag some real dedicated collectors of Scouting stamps.
