Default Kafka on the Shore precedence

Does anyone know the precedence for the trade and limited states of
Haruki Murakami's Kafka on the Shore? I know the Harvill (London)
edition preceded the Knopf edition, but I was wondering if anyone knew
if the trade and 1/1000 copy signed/limited states were simultaneous,
or if one preceded the other.
