Default WTB: 345-O3D Cartridge

Looking for a Pickering 345-O3D cartridge for a Seeburg HF100R. I would like
to not have to pay a King's Ransom for this but will gladly pay any reasonable
price offered.

Unfortunately they have gotten very expensive.Victory Glass wants $300 for them
if they even have any left. Most on ebay going $200 and up.I had to pay over
$200 to get one off ebay for my Seeburg C.Good luck finding one under
$200.Problem is no more being made and demand is high. All other Seeburg made by
Pickering cartridges are getting more expensive as time goes by as no more are
being made.Pickering is no more. The Stanton co. is using the name and only
makes DJ cartridges. If the company that makes replacement needles for them
quits it's going to become very expensive to own a Seeburg.

I hear there may be a replacement in the works. Supply will fill demand.

I'm not sure but Victory Glass sells them. Can't be Pickering because they're
out of business as stated before.

What do you suggest for these old mono Seeburg jukes then?Just wonder why the
demand is so high if they don't sound good.My C needs a lot of work before I
can play it so I'll guess I'll find out for myself. If I don't like at least I
can recover my money in the current market. If someone starts making a better
replacement before then I'll have to take my losses and move on.

I own 7 jukes, six of them can take the 345-03D cartridge. So far I have (5)
of the 345-03D looking for number 6 at for under 200.00. I've tried the rest
and IMO you can't beat them. My 100R and C sound great with this cartridge.
You can buy the replacement needles for 12.95 a pair from

Thanks for all of the input. Since these are no longer available I have gone
back to the original redheads with the stereo needles. They sound just as good
as the Pickerings in my opinion. Unfortunately I have a customer who is
adamant about having the Pickering on his "R". Does anybody have one they want
to part with for less than $200. or possibly trade for some Seeburg parts.
Thanks.

Glenn
