Default Using E-rate and F-rate stamps on mail

Gday

I just bought a big lot of unused US postage and there are a couple of dozen F rate and E rate stamps in there. Are they still valid to use for
postage if I top them up to the 44 cent rate? If so, how much do I need to top them up?

Cheers - John Mycroft

E rate = 25 cents

F rate = 29 cents

Yes they are still valid if topped up to the current rate
with additional postage.
