If you have a simple order that they can process they are fine. They screwed
me over on a jukebox deal at a show a few years ago and I'll never forgive
them for it. They also aren't very accommodating when it comes to things
like repro plastic sets where the reproduction parts vary from part to part.
Ken Arnold is much more realistic and accommodating on those types of parts.
When I ordered a set of repro plastics for an AMI A from Ken he actually
sent me THREE sets so that I could find the ones with the best fit.
Lots of the repro parts are being made in someone's basement using crude
molds and dies, and many of the parts aren't nearly as exact as the factory
ones that were made in large, production facilities.
With VG it's kind of like "the parts are good, your cabinet must be warped"
Just my experience. Other people love VG, and that's cool with me.
