Can anyone tell me what country this stamp is from:
http://captaininfinity.us/stamps003.jpg

A translation of the writing would be helpful, also.

TIA!

Your stamp is Bulgaria 1974, Scott 2172. It is the first stamp in a set of
four + a souvenir sheet, issued for the Youth Exhibition 1974. All stamps
are childrens' drawings, yours is painted by Penko Bambov, entitled
"Exploration of Space for Peaceful Purposes".

The text on the stamp reads (top): Philatelic Youth Exhibition '74.
(bottom): Peoples Republic of Bulgaria, 1 st, Poschta.
