British "Three Kings" issue

Can anyone tell me how one might obtain this British FDC, which is
coming out at the end of August (according to a recent post in this
newsgroup): http://cjoint.com/data/gDvDvaBQGT.htm

It's a great cover; we are hoping to buy some for resale at Vanpex. I
rather doubt that it's an officially sanctioned cover, however! (I like
the Corgi at the left, with the expression that says, to the new King,
George VI, "What the heck are *you* doing here!")
