Bob-tx The 1963 probably does, it is in a nice VF, the 1953's have probably only up to 50¢ or 75¢ over face because they are heavily circulated, one has a taped over tear too.

I met someone who got a few uncut sheets from an elderly lady who sold them for face value to a teller.
