Default The Blue Cross

My server was uanble to address your post in this NG
Maybe the blue cross was a type of early
"alchoholics annonymous" ?
Type in "louis-lucien rochat" in your Google browser
and take the HTML translation option.

Blue Cross for alcoholics - http://www.croixbleue.fr/

I illustrated two Blue Cross covers in my earlier post

The first is sent to Geneva (Red Cross?) concerning prisoners of war.
The second is from a group concerning itself with pow's and wounded.
Neither of these seems to be concerned with either alcoholics or animals.

Thanks to you for your reply and the info. It's still a mystery to me as
there were a number of "Blue Crosses" in France during WWI.
