SF Bay area: 1978 & 1979 Topps near complete sets in binders

I have a near complete sets of both 1978 and 1979 Topps baseball cards
in plastic sheets binders. There are a few key cards missing in the
1978 set but it's still full of many stars, maybe about 25 cards short.
The Jim Barr and Ed Halicki cards (San Francisco Giants) are
autographed (they flyer from the card store announcing the signing is
with the set).

The 1979 set is short about 20 cards, but does have the Ozzie Smith
rookie and Nolan Ryan cards in fair to good condition.
