Default FA: Unrestored Wurlitzer 750-E jukebox

I've placed my super nice unrestored Wurlitzer 750-E on eBay:

This is a really nice original that needs a home with a serious jukebox
collector.

Tony, You are an expert in this type of work.....why don't you fix it
up? Are these really hard to work on?

Good question, Steve!

The Wurlitzer 24-play mechs aren't all that complicated to work on; other than
a few normal wear issues they seem to be able to run forever.

Fixing it up wouldn't present any hurdles; the main problem is "lack of
wanna". It's honestly been more than a year since I played my 1015, and the
750 gets even less use. I originally intended to restore the 750 when I
purchased it, but with work, family, and other interests taking primary focus
I just never got "a round tuit" for the 750 restoration project.

My gut feeling is that with the depressed market on forties jukes there is no
way it would be cost effective for me to spend the time to restore it, and
then try to recoup my investment in time and effort.

With those conclusions in mind, it just seemed that it was time to let it pass
on to another collector who might be more passionate about the hobby. Sure,
cashing out will be nice ... always more toys than spare money ;-)
