Removing Coffee Stains

Within the pages of books, not on carpets. Is this even possible? TIA.

Get a razor blade or utility knife, remove the stained pages and
discard them.

Of course this will probably diminish the value and usefullness of the
book.

simplest solution is to immerse the whole book in a large pot of coffee then
at least all the other pages would match? You could then sell it on Ebay as
fine or almost mint.

Doesnt sound like an easy answer to this one except to hang the idiot who used
it as a coffee cup stand in the first place.

Yes, by soaking the offending pages in pure alcohol for about an hour.

I'm assuming that you speak from experience and not hearsay, yes? If that
