rock-ola 494 at the end of the record problem
o.k guys when it rains it pours, every 3 or 4 records at the end of the song my juke will just just keep playin and the last part of the song over and over instead of finishing out and putting the record back in the magazine, but if i hit the cancel button everything works fine and it puts the record back its kinda like the last few word was on repeat

it probably happening on a LOng SONG yes adjust the record
reject switch. |

o.k adjusted the cancel switch and sems to be working, do you guys on here know how to set this machine back to free play, i just hooked up a remote wall box and i was wandering does tne motorizied volume control box need a ground hooked up to the speaker wiring terminal, everything is strarting to sound a little fuzzy ever since i installed my wall box

It does have to trip some switches to write-in the selection so you are simply defeating the ratchet down process. If electronic - well, I'd need the manual to check on that. Probably a jumper wire will do the job, but it has to be correct or damage might result...or it could be a switch. I think it has that controll center with the buttons that you
have to set credits to 99 for free play |

The mech manual is there. It has tone arm adjustments outlines. There is a stud with a nut that will set the setdown of the tone arm. It is also used to adjust for clearance of the gripper, so be careful when adjusting. The stylus should clear the gripper by minimum of 1/8 inch. Another thing to check is that the tone arm is not binding up on its hinge Rich |

hinge dont seem to be binding, but set to pennies on the tone arm and seems to play but i do notice a lot of skipping now
