Wish I could've been there. I know collective bargaining inside out.
Love to catch this moron in another goof on that subject!

Anyone who spells like he does cannot be too bright. He must be a
friend of Charlie Nudo!

Here is the exchange about collective bargaining:

agree

I dont on the 'mandatory collective bargaining'

The professions have never done it like that and they
manage decent wages, good benefits/pensions etc anyway.

Wonder which of the following Rod does not consider to be a profession:

Teachers, writers, nurses, airline pilots, broadcast engineers, movie
editors, surveyors and, last but not least, professional athletes.

Guess bowel boy never heard of SEIU,CNA,AFSCME,UFT,AFM,AEA,SA*G to

All of them, they're trades.

And very few of those use 'mandatory collective bargaining' anyway.

So what is a profession,

Engineers, scientists, doctors, dentists, lawyers, etc etc etc.

Tell me which of the above do not use what you call "mandatory

collective
bargaining"? Teachers? Nurses? Airline pilots? Athletes?

You clearly wouldnt know what 'MANDATORY collective
bargaining' was if it bit you on your lard arse, sales ****wit.

No surprise that the best you have ever managed is sales ****wit.

Mandatory collective bargaining means that you have to join the
union to get a job and have to abide by the results of failures of that
bargaining.
Tell us which of these are not subject to this:
Pilots
Broadcast engineers
Teachers
Athletes.
Actors
Reporters

Feel free to use the always ready response seen above to admit that,
once again, the facts have failed you.
By the way, little boy, what is your job? English professor? PR
Director for a major company?
Is there a union for welfare leeches?
Sales? Your sales career would be shorter than your fast food career.
You could not even qualify as a customer of mine (they are all educated
decision makers who own or manage businesses).

Rod Speed, thanks for the backup- DeserTBob is a sickly, dying old man,
who spends his day cleaning up after 2 dogs, and lives in a cramped
suburban neighborhood just north of L.A., Ca. The guy has turds on his
mind, he's always talking about dog turds here- because he has to pick
up and dispose of his dog's **** daily- it's the law out there in
Californicate. What a ****ed up state that is !

Bull****. Many physicians belong to SEIU. Many professional
engineers belong to OPIEU and many independent associations whose
function falls under the Wagner Act. What about ALL pro sports
players? What about all professional actors, both on stage and on
screen, as well as TV? What about....

Wonder which of the following Rod does not consider to be a profession:

Rod Speed appears to be another one like Noodles...low IQ, low
education, chronic underachiever whose life has been full of low wage,
no benefit jobs. When they see others who are smart enough to
understand the value of collective bargaining making more, they get
jealous and want to do away with unions. I've seen it for decades,
but the ignorance on labor issues in the US is now at an all time
high, aided and abetted by "Korporate Amerika's" agenda. The Bushies
are strong promoters of that agenda, too....just look at what a mess
the NRLB is now under them!

Sales? Your sales career would be shorter than your fast food career.
You could not even qualify as a customer of mine (they are all educated
decision makers who own or manage businesses). snip

A lot of "salesmen," (not retail clerks) are petty criminals anyway,
and short themselves thinking they'll "hit it rich" by screwing a
single customer. In this catagory are realtors and car salesmen, two
of the lowest forms of life on the planet.

There's something good about doing a job well, getting superior wage
and benefits for it that are guaranteed by contract and force of law,
and not screwing people to make a commission. There's something
better about having an organization behind you that'll back you up
when an employer gets delusions of grandeur and thinks they're above
the law...which is often. I have the case files to prove it.

Yep, you've always been full of that.

Pity that doesnt involve MANDATORY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.
