An area or region rendered into the catagory of "Disaster Area" qualifies for Martial Law, and in Martial Law, the penalty for serious looting is death. That being said, it may also be interesting to note that, since no National Guardsman has been accused of killing any looters in any Disaster Areas in recent history, this portion of the law has yet to bear the scruitiny of the courts. 8-| - Coin Saver |
