I would disagree. abeBooks only tells you what dealers HOPE to get for
books. There's usually a huge variance in prices for the same book.

A better resource is prices realized at auctions -- this tells you what
the real market is.

There is or used to be an annual publication purchased by dealers telling the
prices and conditions of books sold in America as reported by dealers. Is it
still around?
