WWI U.S. Army Sperry Marching Compass, Mark VII

This WWI U.S. Army Marching Compass is a Mark VII made by the Sperry Co. It
is in very good condition. The compass is pear-shaped and measures about 3 ½
inches x 2 ½ inches. It has 2 flip-up sights (one V-shaped and one in a
triangular shape). The at the narrow end, there is a lens assembly that can
rotate in and out for focusing in the brass movement inside that has the
degrees. The bottom side of the compass says, (U.S.E.D., Creagh-Osborne,
Marching Compass, Mark VII, Mod E., Sperry Gyroscope Co., Brooklyn, N.Y.).
The compass is in very good condition with no broken, cracked, or missing
pieces or parts. The compass does not have any fluid to it (i.e. dry
inside).
