eBay takes action only when the spammer uses their eBay-registered
email address. This creep's using teranews, which gives him some
identity protection and a different email address. He knows he's
untouchable, and doesn't care. 2,880 spams and he's not figured out
that Usenet spam doesn't work.

I actually think the auction can be reported for violating listing rules.
He's trying to sell the Old West Time Life Books in a multiple item auction,
but they are non-identical items (different titles), which makes it a
"choice" auction. For some reason, eBay hides this particular infraction
under fee avoidance.

If he bothers you enough, obtain his email address from eBay (he'll
get yours in return) and then post it here for all to see. That should
open him up to a bit of spam.
