anyway, BCR's really sucked as a rock group- they were bubble gum/teeny
bopper- and whenever a fan turns 15 years old, they stop listening, and
move on to something more upscale like Aerosmith or Ted Nugent or Jethro
Tull- then the kid realizes there is a whole galaxy of rock talent past
and present to listen to- and no more BCR
they had one good song- Saturday Night- and only girls liked it

Calling Aerosmith or Nugent 'upscale' is really distorting the term,
doncha think? I do.
Tull is very upscale for the 1600's!
BCR? The Partridge Family had more talent....but then again, I'm sure
BCR were -very- talented under the sheets. I'm sure that's what their
managers were after, anyway

Aero**** and The Nooj fall into a catagory I call "moron
rock"...synonymous with "nudo rock."

Tull is very upscale for the 1600's! snip

Ian Anderson seemed a little preoccupied, as are all Brits, with that
era, which is why Tull is still favored "period" background noise for
various "Renaissance Faires" across the land.
