The truth is that Charlie Nudo is a functional illiterate. He even
misspells my name when he sends in those annoying "request for
information" cards to advertisers from his magazines. Unfortunately
for him, he sent one to a patent law office, who traced the postmark
right back to the sorting center serving Drums, PA, and is forwarding
it to the Postal Inspector's office.

I have no idea what Bob is talking about- but why would a patent law
office send out unwelcome advertising cards in the first place ? Seems
like they started the problem- being they are the source of the card in
the first place, the responsibility and liability rests with them !
Are said cards clearly marked with warnings stating penalties for
misuse ? They'd have to be, otherwise it sounds like entrappment, or
no case at all, to me....
