Default Coin Vault - My blood is boiling

I typically tivo Con Vault for the comedy value. At the beginning of the
year they to hawk the new American eagles. Today they were hawking the 2007
proof and silver proof quarters sets. The mint sells the silver for 25.98
and the clad for 13.98. They wanted 49.98 and 39.98. OK, I am use to the
coin vault having Hugh premiums (I would use different terms but I don't
won't to be sued). What got my blood boiling is that they said they only
had 300 clad sets and you could not order them from the mint any more. I
went to the mint web site and ordered 15 clad sites and had no problem. Is
this fraud on the part of the coin vault?
My concern is that I went from coin collecting to coin investing 18 months
ago. This show is turning of a lot of people to coins when they find out
how much they are being ripped off.

I would think that making a knowingly, provably false statement in the
process of selling a product would be fraud.
I have only made two purchases from them (returned one), and only when
the value of the item (in this case 5
silver eagles 2000-2004 graded MS69 by PCGS) exceeded the cost (raw
coins + grading fees).

Otherwise, it's pure entertainment value to see nice coins on TV. And
yes, I imagine that there are lots of
people that are getting into coins without the proper support system
of local dealers, clubs, and the like.
