No bids, is this a repro? looks to perfect

These items were carefully cut out of Souvenir Cards produced for numismatic
events in the early to mid-1970's. They were made by the BEP from 'official' plates. IIRC, there are over 200 different Souvenir Cards produced by the BEP. The near $30 price is about retail for the two cards from which these were cut.
