Trillion $ Coin suggested
One off-the-wall suggestion to solve the debt crisis was to issue a couple of
trillion dollar coins, since that while there is a limit on the amount of paper money the Fed can issue, there is a loophole which allows unlimited coin to be issued. Can't wait to get my copy graded and certified by NGC! |

Of course we could take a page from the Canadians and mint 100kg US$1,000,000 coins. With the value of gold now, it might even make sense to make it US$2,500,000 (in honor of 2 1/2 dollar gold coins).] http://www.99999mapleleaf.com/100kg-maple.html |

It didn't seem to help Gernany very much ... how will a Trillion (of dollars or whatever) help the USA? |
