don't deal with ebay user cmariewinters PLEASE READ

Has any one ever dealt with this nut ? Hi ebay id is cmariewinters
he bought a lot of 360 game used cards + $40.00 S&H fully insured
from us not more then 10 min after the auction closed he has sent us 8
emails telling me to reduce the shipping to $10.50 or he would leave
me a negative Then proceeds to tell me he want the item shipped out on
Saturday I then told him my next DHL scheduled pick up day is Tuesday
because of the Memorial day week end

I told him according to pay pals rule this must go with online
tracking & signature confirmation & insured because the order exceeded
$250.00 he still complained so i refunded the money he then called my
house
& threatnd to sue us because we broke our contract he has now reported
us to ebay for seller non
performance & had ebay close some of my listings that i did not offer
a shipping discount on

I am still being harassed by him he has sent me over 50+ emails about
this mess I called ebay & was advised to resell the cards he won any
one have any ideas on what i should do if you look lover the feedback
he has left for others all he does is complain about the shipping
rates any one know what i should do here please let me know
