Default Noodler's Contact?

I wrote to Luxury Brands about a week ago and have yet to get a response.
I'm having trouble with one of my Noodler's inks and was under the
impression that LBs were the folks to contact for resolution of the problem.

I had mold in two of my Noodler's and reported it to the retailer who
promptly replaced them.

What kind of problem are you having?

Dick Egolf is usually pretty quick at responding. He must be away if
he's not answering. Check the e-address and try again.

If you're near the store that sold you the ink, stop in and return it to
them. If not, then call or email Dick Egolf again.

Try again. I found them to be extremely responsive when I had a problem
with a Sailor pen.

thanks everyone. I'll try again. This was from Pendemonium. It has SITB
in the bottom of a bottle. I can't determine if it's just chemical of it is
mold. Dick may have been busy from the latest pen show or something.

Why not return it to Sam?

The other reason I wanted to contact LB was because I can't be certain this
is a problem with the ink or a problem with the handler (me). I thought if
there was a batch problem with this particular colour they might be aware of
it and have a process in place. Since that doesn't seem to be the case and
since I have had it for a couple of months, it could well something that
happened on my end. Something as innocuous as tissue pieces from wiped nib.
The "slime" is not the typical consistency of that which I've seen in a PR
ink a couple of years ago. And not obvious that it's mold or yeast either.

Anyway - I received an email from both Luxury Brands (Dick Egolf) and Nathan
and they have been most helpful.

Fortunately your dealing with three highly reputable and top notch people,
yes we would like immediate answers as perhaps we provide to our customers
but at a certain size level it's not all that easy. They have solved the
problems. I had mold problems and the vendor (a different one) Dick and
Nathan bent over backwards and solved the problem comprehensively. Perhaps
that's why it's easier for me to figure out which Noodler's colors I don't
have vs. the ones I have.
