I have a D-40-78 hideaway that I am scrapping - if you don't find the parts email me and I'll get to it in the next month or so (it's in deep storage). The tone arm socket was used on some early amps. The fat pin is shield/ground and the thin is signal. I believe I have one or two of those left as well.
