Half Sheet Autographed $2 Note

I have a $2 note half sheet autographed by William Simon the Secretary of the
Treasury when the note was printed. Does having his autograph on the sheet
increase or decrease the sheet's value?

Auto paper is not my thing, but from what I've seen, a notable auto never
decreases the value, but may not add much either.

OTOH, being a 76 deuce auto, signed under his watch, it may bring a nice
premium.

Someone smarter than me with autos will come along and add more, I'm sure.
