Hello Tony.
These are so called "vienna print" not official stamps of Indonesia.
Mr Stolov (New York) had let print about 700 different stamps of the new
republic Indonesia in Vienna and Philadelphia, without permission of
Indonesian authorities or UPU.
I found a pdf : http://www.vanstamp.com/catalogs/ind...enna_issue.pdf
I hope inform you.

Those are the so-called "Vienna Issues", issued in support of the
revolutionary government. They are listed in Michel. A specialized
catalogue exists, printed by Dai Nippon, entitled "Catalogue [of] Vienna
& Philadelphia Printings and Sub Areas of the Republic of Indonesia".
January 2004.

A short PDF catalog exists, that Blair found and wrote about:

"Here is the short answer (6 pages - free)
http://www.vanstamp.com/catalogs/ind...enna_issue.pdf

The long answer is 290 pages long and costs $40 US."

HTH,

Scott began listing these in the 2008 edition. Check with
your friendly local public library.

This was announced in a very informative article in the
July 2007 issue of Scott Stamp Monthly.
